That depends on the quantity of frames ordered and where the frames are delivered. We will provide estimated shipping costs when you place your order if you desire. We have a minimum shipping charge of $64.00, and freight typically runs 18% of invoice.

Stock items usually ship within 1-3 days. Non-stock and custom items have a standard lead of 4-6 weeks after the receipt of your order and credit approval. Lead time may vary if orders have special requirements. If you have a deadline you need to meet, please discuss that time line with us early in your project.

We have standard shipping containers for most of our products. However, larger orders may be bulk packaged in order to reduce freight costs. If you have specific shipping requirements (crating, receiving issues), please discuss this with us when you place your order. Many single items can weigh 30 pounds or more.

Most products can be shipped by FedEx. Depending upon the quantity or the size of the products ordered, it may be necessary to ship by common carrier (truck). If you have special delivery requirements such as a lift gate truck, be sure to specify that when you order. Also, most trucking companies have additional charges for residential delivery. Any delivery requirements which are not revealed at the time of order, will be charged under a separate invoice after delivery.

BestEx Signs offers terms of net 30 with approved credit and a credit acknowledgement on file at BestEx Signs. Otherwise, we accept MasterCard/Visa/Discover and checks. You can also pay 50% down at the time of order, with the balance due at shipment. Or, you can secure your order with a credit card, and pay for the order at time of shipment.

All frame and base products have a one year warranty from date of invoice against manufacturing defects that would cause welds to fail when properly installed, and against powder coating failure or paint failure due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include any and all damage caused by vandalism, acts of God such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, wind, hail, lightening, falling trees and debris; lawn maintenance or cleaning equipment, improper cleaning techniques, improper and damaging handling prior, during or after installation, pressure washing and steam cleaning. This warranty is void if additional holes are drilled into frame or base, additional attachments added to frame or base, hardware used other than what is provided, additional welding or painting added to base or frame, installation varies from the recommended installation for this frame and base. (example: direct burial base installed differently than direct burial) BestEx Signs will repair or replace, at its option, frames or pedestals that are found to be defective for any of the reasons mentioned above in line 1 for one year, starting on the date of invoice to the original purchaser. BestEx Signs will repair or replace frames, and ship replacement frames at its expense. No material may be returned without prior authorization from BestEx Signs. The liability of the manufacturer is limited to the repair or replacement of the frame or pedestal. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any other damages direct or indirect, sustained or suffered by the purchaser or any other person; including the cost of removal and /or re-installation, damages or failure of the material due to installation done by others. Claims resulting from improper display methods, misuse, willful destruction, or an act of God will not be allowed. This warranty is in place above all other warranties expressed or implied for the term of the existence of the manufacturer as a business entity. Seller does not warrant as the merchant ability or fitness for a particular use, nor will any oral statement constitute a warranty or amend the specific warranty.
